🎺 《Tribute to Chet Baker》
✨ The voice. The horn. The heart of cool. ✨
Jazz vocalist Tom Ricci and trumpeter Leeway Cheng team up—backed by some of Taipei and Taichung’s finest jazz players: Jack Huang on piano, Refa Wang on bass, and Mark Boatman on drums—for a night of cool, classy, and emotionally rich jazz in tribute to the great Chet Baker. With a deep reverence for Chet’s signature tone, phrasing, and arrangements, they channel the spirit and intimacy of his most iconic performances—swinging where it swings, aching where it aches.
🎙️ Tom Ricci began his vocal jazz journey in 2015 with the release of his original single Simply Love, and has since become an internationally touring artist with acclaimed releases spanning Jazz, Latin Jazz, and Bossa Nova. He has performed with jazz greats including Oscar Giunta, Pipi Piazzolla, Pablo Motta, and Antonio Loureiro—among many others—gracing stages from LA’s Mint Club to Philadelphia’s Chris’ Jazz Café, and sold-out shows at Shenzhen’s LAVO and Buenos Aires’ Borges 1975.
Together, they deliver a heartfelt, elegant tribute to Baker’s legacy—with the soul, subtlety, and sonic beauty it deserves.
🎺 Tribute to Chet Baker
