Brief Description:

re:fract 是 Pablo Liebhaber 的前衛爵士三重奏，由鼓、貝斯與薩克斯風組成。三個聲部彼此折射，形成流動、交織的聲音光譜，不預設固定的角色與分工。

三重奏遊走在緊密的互動與純粹的聲響之間。三位樂手以平等的姿態即興，在自由與結構之間取得平衡，讓音樂在當下自然發生，而不是由一套既定的計畫主導音樂的走向。

聲音也隨著音樂不斷流動：時而稀疏、透明，時而厚重、銳利；有時充滿力量，有時則毫無保留地敞開。音樂素材同樣沒有固定的形式，從完整的作曲，到一句簡單的指示，都可能成為作品的一部分。

re:fract trio is Pablo Liebhaber’s avant-jazz project — drums, bass, and saxophone, three voices refracted into a spectrum of their own, no fixed roles or positions inside it. The trio wanders between close interplay and pure texture, sometimes within the same gesture: three people improvising as equals, operating within a given amount of freedom and structure rather than a set plan. The sonic spectrum moves through just as much range — sparse and see-through at one end, thick and angular in the next, powerful at times and unguarded at others. The material functions the same way, ranging from full compositions to little more than an instruction.

Artist Bios:
*Pablo Liebhaber是一位來自德國的鼓手，表演者，和老師，現居台灣。他的工作關注動作與聲音的交會，涵蓋自由即興，爵士樂，和跨領域表演等領域。他將鼓組視為個人獨特聲音的理解，形成他的藝術實踐和教學工作。他在德國烏茲堡取得爵士鼓音樂學士（2011–2015），在埃森的福克旺藝術大學取得即興表演藝術家音樂碩士（2016-2019）。他曾獲得德國管弦樂基金會個人獎學金及Musikfonds個人獎學金（Neustart Kultur）。此外，他也曾以客席音樂家身分活躍於德國多所劇院，包括杜塞爾多夫劇院（Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus）。他與台灣表演藝術家李曉婷共同創立聲音舞蹈劇場雙人組「古谷山」，探索即興表演中動作與聲音之間的對話。

*黃偉鈞是一位作曲家、薩克斯風手與即興音樂家，畢業於Cornish College of the Arts，深受當代古典音樂、前衛爵士以及自由即興的啟發。他的作品打破傳統和聲結構的框架，融入實驗性的聲響與非傳統記譜系統，創造出創新且充滿未知性的音樂。偉鈞的音樂挑戰傳統，同時反映了他在音樂中不斷學習與自我表達的旅程。

*石哲安 Stone
音樂風格深受 Jazz、R&B 影響，演奏中充滿了讓人舞動的低音旋律。長期參與各式
風格之創作、編曲、錄音。曾多次受邀於台北爵士音樂節、台中爵士音樂節、海內外各
大音樂節進行演出。所組樂團 Tonic 5 於 2022 年榮獲第 13 屆金音創作獎 「最佳爵士專
輯」獎，與第 33 屆金曲獎演奏類兩項入圍肯定。亦曾於 2016 年獲得台中爵士音樂節
之爵士新秀競賽第三名。現為「緩緩 Huan Huan」 、 「銀河 1966」 、「皿樂隊」 、 「My
Kind of Day」、「Tonic 5」…等樂團之 Bass 手。
