Teddy’s mom was a classical pianist and church organist who had perfect pitch and could play any instrument. His father was a mathematics professor who enjoyed singing\, playing piano and ukulele with The Great American Songbook. His family was always playing music together\, which inspired Teddy to write his first song at 4 years old. At around the same time\, he began playing baritone ukulele as well as playing any instrument his parents had lying around the house\,…violin\, flute\, piano\, organ and guitar.\nDuring his teen years\, Teddy studied with world renown music teacher Richard Rabatin at the Stony Brook School of Music. After reading the book “For Guitar Players Only” by Tommy Tedesco\, at 13\, he announced to his parents that he was going to be a professional studio guitar player. Teddy played in school bands\, orchestras\, choirs and as well as taking classical guitar private lessons.\nAfter Teddy attended University of Miami’s Frost School of Music\, he was hired by Grammy Nominated jazz vocal group Rare Silk to be a part of their touring band. They toured for a year in 1986\, during which time Teddy also spent some time in New York City to study with guitar legends Steve Khan\, Dean Brown and Mick Goodrick. After the tour was over\, Teddy returned to Miami to be a part of the legendary Concert Jazz Band directed by Whit Sidener at the Frost School of Music.\nIn 1988 Teddy moved to New York City to settle into being a professional musician. He spent a lot of time in the trenches\, toughing it out with the rest of the NY musicians doing whatever he could to get by. In 1989\, he interned at a studio on 45th St. in Manhattan where he learned how to cut tape\, run midi from a computer in sync with tape and work a mixing console.\nTeddy always had a passion for making his own music. When he wasn’t working at studios or doing gigs\, he was working on developing a voice on the guitar and as a writer. He put out his first record\, NOME SANE? in 1994. His band did a European tour and recorded another record called “The Lost” in Montreal at Studio Piccolo. Teddy started writing songs with developing artists and helped catapult two record deals on Warner Brothers in the late 90’s. This earned him a publishing deal with EMI Music Publishing. After successes with songwriting\, Teddy decided to try his hand at writing songs for a rock band he would then front. He called it “Teddy But” and put out two records.\nIn 2008 Teddy was creating a funk band with two guitar players\, but couldn’t find another guitar player who was happy playing only rhythm guitar. Around this time\, the first multi-track looping pedal came out and Teddy spent a couple of years figuring out how to loop with a live trio. This created\, LOOPestra which played over 300 gigs at a Monday at midnight residence at Rockwood Music Hall in NYC between 2011 and 2018. LOOPesta live performances became a NYC institution and community building experience.\nIn fall 2019\, Teddy decided to resurrect ‘NOME SANE?’ with the original drummer\, Matt Miller and amazing bassist\, Bob Stander. DESCRIPTION:▪︎Door Open 入場: 8:00pm(Serving food & Drink)\n▪︎Music Starts 表演 : 9:00pm (上下兩場)▪︎ Music Charge 音樂門票: $400 + 低消2杯飲料(每場低消1杯飲料)+(A Minimum of One Drink Purchase Required Per Set)\n● 9:00pm《憶在日內瓦》- l雷蒙湖的寂靜呼喚\n�蔡茲珽、Robinson de Montmollin、Christian Zatta 爵士三重奏。\n\n三位音樂家在紐約讀書時相識，因為疫情後各自回到自己的國家。去年暑假他們一同到日內瓦演出，隨後開啟來台灣的十場巡演計劃。日內瓦，這座位於瑞士的城市，以其美麗的日內瓦湖而聞名，湖水碧藍，四周群山環繞，悠然的景致為這場音樂會提供了靈感源泉。日內瓦湖的寧靜呼喚彷彿穿越時空，帶領觀眾進入一個融合自然美景與音樂藝術的夢幻世界。\n此場演出將帶給觀眾歐式爵士風格音樂及改編的傳統爵士曲，並演奏三位音樂家的個人創作曲目。作為音樂家們再度相聚的紀念，這場演出也結合了日內瓦湖畔的寧靜氛圍，讓每一首作品都散發出一種悠然自得的氣質。除此之外，演出中特別改編了鄭雨賢老師的名著《望春風》，這首富有台灣風情的經典曲目，在爵士的編曲下，更顯得浪漫與獨特，彷彿將日內瓦湖的柔波與台灣的民謠融合在一起。並希望在這片美麗的土地上與觀眾共同分享他們的音樂旅程。\n\n\n歌手/ 茲珽 Tzuting Young茲珽自幼學習鋼琴、小提琴及美聲。畢業於紐約曼哈頓音樂院 Manhattan School of Music就讀聲樂表演系\,師事美國聲樂家 Joan Caplan。在紐約的薰陶下\,茲珽接觸的音樂領域包含古典樂、音樂劇及爵士樂。並於2021年取得紐約皇后學院爵士表演系碩士學位。曾師事葛萊美獎提名爵士歌手 Theo Bleckmann及Charenee Wade。並與作曲家Peter Calandra學習電影配樂。2018在美籍指揮家 Kent Tritle 的帶領下加入紐約神劇團Oratorio Society of New York 擔任次女高音及世界前五大基督教堂聖約翰大教堂 Cathedral of St. John the Divine 擔任合唱團團員。同年首次登上紐約卡內基音樂廳。曾連續受邀至中華民國外交部駐紐約處演出系列音樂會。\n\n鋼琴手 / Robinson De MontmollinRobinson de Montmollin，出生於日內瓦，是一位瑞士鋼琴家、作曲家、編曲家和教育者。他曾在多種音樂陣容中演出，並擔任領隊及伴奏。2017年6月，他獲得了盧塞恩高等音樂學院學士學位，隨後進入紐約著名的曼哈頓音樂學院攻讀為期兩年的表演碩士學位，期間得到了Wilsdorf、Barbour、Friedl Wald和Fritz-Gerber基金會的支持。在紐約，他向鋼琴教授Ted Rosenthal和Phil Markowitz學習，並與Dave Liebman、Jim McNeely、Gary Dial、James Saltzman和Chris Rosenberg等教授進行學習。2022年，他發行了個人首張團體專輯《My Imaginary Friend》，並與兩位德國音樂家以及鼓手Jorge Rossy合作。他與瑞士吉他手Christian Zatta組成的“New YorkDuo”也於2022年和2024年發行了兩張專輯。2017年7月，他獲得了“Langnau Jazz Nights鋼琴比賽冠軍。\n\n吉他手/ Christian ZattaChristian Zatta 於1993年出生於瑞士盧加諾，是一位吉他手、作曲家、巡演音樂家、樂團領袖和教師，活躍於國際舞台。目前居住在蘇黎世。他在盧塞恩藝術大學獲得了音樂碩士學位，主修「表演與作曲」，並且取得了第二個碩士學位，專攻「音樂教學」，他的指導教授包括Roberto Bossard、Frank Möbus、ChristyDoran、Kalle Kalima、Nathanael Su和Jesse Van Ruller。他曾多次前往紐約，並與一些最具影響力的爵士音樂家如MikeStern、Gilad Hekselman、Ben Wendel、Mike Moreno、Nir Felder、Ben Monder、NitaiHershkovits、Ari Hoenig和Shai Maestro等人進行學習。他是一位經驗豐富的現場和錄音室音樂家，至今已在12個國家舉行超過450場演出，並且參與錄製了11張專輯。他的主要音樂項目是樂團NOVA，這是一個呈現視聽表演的三重奏，主要在天文館和多媒體演出場所演出。NOVA也與不同的室內樂團合作，將他們的音樂以多種形式呈現。\n============================▪︎訂位請撥02-25819874 週二至週六7:3For reservation please call 02-25819874 after 7:30pm Tues ~Sat.▪︎Business Hour 營業時間 : 8:00pm~凌晨2:00/3:00(二·五·六/Tue·Fri·Sat)
