來自洛杉磯的薩克斯風手Patrick Shiroishi、前衛電吉他演奏家(Z)eroebt與台北的實驗即興二重奏組合程杰與林偉中，音樂背景及演出風格各異，將在同一個舞台上調配出什麼樣的聲音？

Patrick Shiroishi / saxophone

Patrick Shiroishi is a Japanese-American multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. He explores solo saxophone in acoustic and electronic settings, as well as in several improvising units. He leads an instrumental quintet Black Sun Sutra and collaborates in brutal prog unit Upsilon Acrux, Zeuhl Band Corima as well as the sax-drum duos in the Womb & Oort Smog. He has toured the United States as well as Europe.

(Z)erpent / guitar
出生台中，而後於1980年移居加州，並在26歲時加入美國前衛樂團 Upsilon Acrux。Paul Lai身為一名獨奏吉他手，以其敏捷、具技巧及非傳統的樂器表演方式和作曲受到等量的注目。 以(Z)erpent為名演出，Paul 致力於開拓一種新的吉他詞彙，尋求突破，藉此重新定義何謂音樂。

Born in Taichung, then relocated to California in 1980, Paul Lai joined the avant-garde group Upsilon Acrux at the age of 26. As a solo guitarist, he is known for his fluent technique as much as his non-traditional approach to composition. Performing by the name (Z)erpent, he endeavours to create for the guitar a new vocabulary, pushing the boundaries of what is defined as music.

曾為全職bass手，遊走於台灣爵士、獨立樂團以及流行音樂圈。自2016年底開始專心研究電子音樂創作及演奏的可能性。

悠然自得的鼓手，現活躍於台灣爵士樂圈專注於現場音樂演出；從傳統、前衛、自由爵士到即興音樂都展現出極高的興趣。
