Férias de verão（暑期生活）巴西爵士四重奏
炎熱與南美。這兩個元素的加總，很難讓人不想起黃、綠、藍三個鮮艷顏色揉合而成的國度「巴西」。與台灣一樣夾在熱帶與亞熱帶間卻有著截然不同的狂放熱情，巴西音樂以森巴、巴莎諾瓦聞名世界，也有著咻樂、百曜、馬拉卡度等知名度略低卻同樣火熱的音樂風格。在歷史上與美國千絲萬縷的關係，則讓巴西音樂也同時受爵士樂深遠的影響，催生出巴西爵士的獨特聲響。
自紐約求學生涯返抵台灣度暑的鼓手雁喆與滯台已久的吉他手華勁對巴西音樂有著共同的愛好，因此決定趁著暑假，與長笛手張瑛蘭以及貝斯手劉育嘉攜手，以四重奏演繹他們喜歡的當代巴西爵士曲目，與鍾愛熱情奔放南美音樂的樂迷們共同度過這個炎炎盛夏。

Férias de Verão – Brazilian Jazz Quartet
Heat and South America—few combinations evoke a stronger image than Brazil, a nation painted in vibrant shades of yellow, green, and blue. Like Taiwan, Brazil lies between the tropical and subtropical zones, yet its culture radiates a uniquely exuberant spirit. While samba and bossa nova have become world-renowned, Brazil is also home to many equally captivating musical traditions such as choro, baião, and maracatu. Its long-standing cultural ties with the United States also allowed jazz to leave a profound mark on Brazilian music, giving rise to the rich and distinctive sound of Brazilian jazz.
After returning to Taiwan from his studies in New York for the summer, drummer Chang Yen-Che joined forces with guitarist Lin Hua-Chin, who has long been immersed in Taiwan’s jazz scene, over their shared passion for Brazilian music. Together with flutist Chang Ying-Lan and bassist Liu Yu-Chia, they present a quartet dedicated to contemporary Brazilian jazz, bringing vibrant rhythms, lyrical melodies, and infectious grooves to audiences who love the warmth and energy of South American music.
